An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Office Manager to join a growing property company based in Manchester City centre. The role will be to support all of the main office functions including Finance; Construction and the Investment team and will also be hands on with the general running of the office. The role would be suitable for someone with previous PA and Office Management experience and who enjoys working in a smaller office environment.

The main duties of the role include:-

  • Personal assistant duties to the Directors and team
  • Arranging meetings using Outlook
  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Organising small scale events and client lunches
  • Assisting the Finance Manager
  • Updating the company social media accounts and assisting with general marketing duties
  • Being the first point of contact for clients visiting the office
  • Answering and redirecting calls
  • Managing office supplies
  • Maintaining meeting rooms and providing refreshments
  • Taking ownership of the running of the office including emptying the dishwasher and bins
  • All ad hoc admin duties

Hours of work are 9-5.30pm

  • Intermediate to advance computer skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
